Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: All bookings must be made in advance via our official channels. Full payment is required upon booking. You’ll receive a confirmation email. Cancellation & Refunds: Cancel up to 15 days before the workshop for a full refund. Cancellations between 14 and 7 days before receive a 50% refund. Within 7 days, no refund is given, but you may transfer your place to a future session (subject to availability). You may also transfer your booking to someone else with 48 hours' notice. MOJO Cancellations: We may cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. If so, you’ll be offered a full refund or alternative date. Code of Conduct: Be kind and respectful. Discrimination or disruptive behaviour will result in removal without refund. Health & Safety: You confirm you’re fit to participate. Let us know about any accessibility needs. We aren’t liable for injuries from undisclosed conditions or ignoring guidance. Liability: You participate at your own risk. We aren’t liable for loss, psychological damage, injury, or damage unless required by UK law. Data Protection (UK GDPR): We securely store your data for workshop communication. You can request access, correction, or deletion anytime. We comply with UK GDPR. Media & Content: We may take photos/videos for promotional use — you’ll be informed and may opt out.
